Sampling Process

The initial stage after the concept designs and technical packs. This stage is where the patterns and sizing are created for the sample size. This process can take 2-6 weeks and is where the fabrics are sourced, making the garments go from paper to reality. 

During the sampling process this is where the cost per unit can be worked out due to the fabric usage, trims and finishes. Along-side the initial samples we can provide other options of fabrics & trims. This stage may only consist of one sample or can require 2 or 3 samples. This stage can take 2 – 6 weeks per sample.

This process is important because it allows you to see the fit and whether your vision actually drapes and fits the way you want it to Amendments and variations can be made at this stage prior to going into grading and prior to full production.
